Overview

Zonetico is a product of MC Product Labs LLC (“MC Product Labs,” “we,” “us”). Zonetico is a platform that providers use to run websites, chat, phone and text messaging for local businesses. This policy describes information handled through zonetico.com, app.zonetico.com, Zonetico demo sites, and the websites, chat, phone numbers and text messaging that Zonetico operates for providers and the businesses they serve.

Our role

When you use a website, chat, phone number or text line that Zonetico runs for a business, we handle that information on behalf of the provider and the business. Their own privacy policies may also apply, and questions about how a business uses your information are best directed to that business. For Zonetico accounts, demos and this website, MC Product Labs is responsible for the information described here.

Information we receive

• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, business details and sign-in records for providers and business users.
• Contact and demo requests such as name, email address, phone number and message when you request a demo or contact us.
• Conversation content from web chat, phone calls, voicemail, text messages and email handled through Zonetico, including appointment and service-request details you provide.
• Usage and device information such as pages visited, actions taken, browser type and approximate location, collected to operate, secure and improve Zonetico.
• Billing information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to provide and operate Zonetico, answer and route conversations, book and manage appointments, send sign-in codes and account or billing alerts, deliver requested demos, provide support, administer customer relationships, meet legal obligations, protect our services and users, and improve our products.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Zonetico (such as hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers), with the provider and business a conversation belongs to, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from Zonetico, we use your mobile number and consent records to send the messages you requested and to honor opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests. See our SMS Terms for program details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, for legal obligations and for legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing contact@zonetico.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Rights vary by location and may be subject to lawful exceptions.

Children

Zonetico is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Updates

We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
