Choose how you communicate

Participating in a demonstration, visiting a website or signing up for Zonetico does not automatically subscribe you to text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

When you text us first

You can start a conversation by texting the number displayed on your Zonetico demonstration. The demonstration may supply a routing code to identify which demo you want to try. Replies relate to the question or demonstration you requested and identify the sender as Zonetico, including “(demo by Zonetico)” on demo messages. A routing code identifies the demo; it does not authorize recurring or promotional texts.

When you request texts on a website

Before requesting SMS, read the disclosure beside the phone field and consent control on the actual demonstration. It must identify Zonetico, explain which texts you are requesting, and link to the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. SMS must be an affirmative choice, such as checking an initially unchecked consent box or choosing an explicitly disclosed “Continue by text” action. Entering a number alone does not establish SMS consent.

Provider support and account management

Provider SMS covers requested onboarding assistance, support, service follow-ups and account-management conversations. Ongoing texts require consent to those subjects separately from account registration or a demo conversation. A demo opt-in does not authorize unrelated sales campaigns.

Frequency, rates, help and cancellation

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can also email contact@zonetico.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Policies and demonstration evidence

Read the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms and Terms of Service. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This page explains consent; it does not collect a phone number, enroll you in SMS or act as proof that a particular application flow has been verified. Demonstration URLs are specific to each business. Verified recordings of the actual demo and provider consent flows are pending and will be linked here when available.

Live messaging by independent businesses to their own customers requires those businesses' applicable messaging registration and consent. Zonetico's demonstration program does not replace that registration.
