Terms governing use of Zonetico, operated by MC Product Labs LLC.
Effective
Agreement
Zonetico is operated by MC Product Labs LLC (“MC Product Labs,” “we,” “us”). By using zonetico.com, app.zonetico.com, a Zonetico demo site, or a website, chat, phone number or text line that Zonetico runs for a business, you agree to these terms. Providers and businesses with a Zonetico account may also be bound by an order form or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Use of Zonetico
You may use Zonetico for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, impersonate others, or misuse its content. Account holders are responsible for activity under their accounts and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
Automated responses
Zonetico uses automated and AI-assisted responses in chat, phone and text conversations. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate; confirm important details, such as appointments, prices and service terms, with the business.
Text messaging
Text messages from Zonetico, including sign-in codes, account alerts, provider onboarding, support and account-management conversations, and demo conversations, are governed by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Account registration does not by itself constitute SMS consent.
Product information
Descriptions, availability, pricing and features may change as Zonetico develops. Nothing on this website guarantees that a product or feature will remain available.
Intellectual property
The Zonetico software, site design, copy, branding and non-open-source materials are owned by MC Product Labs LLC or its licensors. Content that businesses and providers supply remains theirs.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.
Disclaimer
Zonetico is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing here is legal, financial, security or compliance advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MC Product Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of Zonetico.
