SMS Terms

Program

Zonetico Alerts and Demos is a text messaging program run by MC Product Labs LLC, the company that operates Zonetico.

What you receive

• Account messages: sign-in codes, account alerts and billing alerts for Zonetico users who turn on text alerts in their account settings.
• Demo messages: product-demo conversation texts for people who request a demo by entering their number on a Zonetico demo site form and checking the consent box, or by texting a Zonetico demo number first. Demo texts are labeled “(demo by Zonetico)”.
• Provider support and account management: onboarding assistance, answers to support questions, service follow-ups and customer relationship conversations with providers who opt in to these texts. Signing up for Zonetico alone does not subscribe a provider to SMS.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. For support, email contact@zonetico.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Website SMS consent must be an affirmative choice separate from accepting general service terms. Consent applies only to the sender and message subjects disclosed when you opt in.

Texting a Zonetico demo or support number first permits replies within that conversation; it does not subscribe you to recurring account messages, unrelated follow-ups or promotions. Additional messaging requires the applicable separate consent.

Demo routing codes connect a conversation to the selected demonstration; a routing code is not consent to marketing. Demo texts identify Zonetico as the demo operator. This program does not cover production messaging sent by independent businesses to their own customers.

See SMS consent and demo participation for the consent paths and scope. Promotional messages require separate consent and are outside this program.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including your mobile number and opt-in data.
